Ignyte Assurance Platform Editing and Proofreading Work

While I had an apprenticeship with Ignyte Assurance Platform, I Published 40+ pages of website content, e.g., press releases, blog posts, and job descriptions. Edited 32+ pages of the company website including the 5 case studies, 6 white-papers/data-sheets that I helped to craft from start to finish.

I also developed a social media program strategy from scratch as they had zero social media presence before I worked with them. I handled their LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, company blog, and Twitter accounts (creating 425+ tweets through Hubspot). I managed the company website via WordPress and their company communication platform (Confluence). I grew their Twitter account by over 300%, engaging with new and old followers to foster a community for them. While I worked there, they also taught me corporate communications, public relations, social media management, SEO, brand strategy, sales, marketing, and project management.
